ELABO- Protective conductor continuity and insulation
testing system for overhead monorail systems

a sheet steel housing Rittal 1038600
color RAL 7035 with mounting plate to accept
of a continuity test system and ISO test system.
Protective conductor continuity test:
The system provides alternating current of max. 30A with
a no-load voltage of 12V and is used for the testing of
testing of protective conductor connections on
overhead tracks (continuity measurement).
The test current is compared with a fixed threshold value via a
a fixed threshold value.
If the measured value is above the threshold value,
a good signal is generated.
For the self-test of the PE evaluation, a
test resistor is installed. The control is
by a 24V DC signal.
Insulation resistance test:
The ISO test module is used to measure the
insulation resistance of the EHB in a de-energized condition
according to the valid VDE/IEC regulations.
The test voltage is 500V DC
(stabilized). The current is limited to max. 3mA
